Requirements:
Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:

Processor - Core i5 or higher

RAM - 8GB or higher

Should be fluent in both English and Spanish ( written and verbal) 

1840 & Company is a global managed marketplace for professional resources and outsourced services. We proactively curate a marketplace of freelance marketers, developers, and finance professionals globally. Additionally, 1840 and Company delivers managed outsourcing solutions such as contact center and back-Office solutions currently from a work from home model. Currently, we have a client with an immediate need for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative (English and Spanish).

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you. Experience in lead qualifying and inbound call handling experience.

Experience in business development / Appointment setting roles. Track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.

Strong work ethic, motivation, and desire to continually learn and grow. Willingness to jump into a rapidly scaling startup environment.

Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.

Thrives in a competitive team environment.

Intuition and capacity to learn quickly and hit the ground running.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills. Able to assess performance both qualitatively and analytically.

Native proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbally.
Responsibilities:
Qualify and schedule appointments for the client team.

Enthusiastically handle inbound calls when necessary and represent the company in a highly professional manner.

Successfully and accurately answer prospect questions and provide appropriate additional information to the sales team to start a sales cycle.

Capture accurate and legible documentation on all call activity in Salesforce or other CRM.

Achieve and exceed defined productivity and performance goals. Interact with potential customers in English and Spanish
