Inmind Software is working for a company that sells leisure products in more than 110 countries.
We are looking for an ERP functional consultant with excellent communication skills with end users of our client's products and experience in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules of Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management System, and Customer Service.
* Skilled in deploying Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. (MUST)
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly adept in modules such as Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Customer Service.
* Independently driven and eager to acquire new knowledge, possessing a commitment to ongoing self- Improvement and adaptability in the face of evolving challenges.
* Experience creating RDLC reports and Power BI reports
* Knowledge of SQL and programming languages is a plus
* Effective and efficient oral and written communication (English) (MUST)
* Proficient in CAL & AL computer languages
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with stakeholders
* Part- Time availability
Actividades a realizar:
* Assists with both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Manages customer transactions such as orders, amendments, and returns, in line with company policies and procedures.
* Delivers prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding warranty claims, order status, and product information.
* Examines and approves customer claims.
* Relays customer feedback and concerns about service issues to the organization.
* Implements strategies set by the Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and meet departmental goals.
* Ensures achievement of team objectives.
* Supports the team in accomplishing daily tasks, especially during peak periods.
* Processes customer payments via telephone.
